For hygiene and safety reasons, body jewelry, pierced jewelry, and aftercare products are sold as final sale: once an order has been collected or handed to a carrier, they cannot be returned or exchanged, whether or not the packaging has been opened.
This does not limit your rights where an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered. Those items are always replaced or refunded, and nothing in these Terms removes any right you have under the laws of Trinidad and Tobago.
